Technical
Specification Sheet -
Phase Comparator
| A
unit designed to measure the relative phase difference with time, between
two high stability frequency sources. The resultant output is
recorded on a built-in chart recorder to determine the long term frequency
difference. The sensitivity of the chart recording is adjustable by
changes to the comparison frequency, using internal dividers, and the
chart speed. Long term chart recording allows a permanent record to
be established, possibly as a QA requirement, and to eliminate the effects
of short term variations and jitter. |
